摘要： 家族性良性慢性天疱疮是一种易反复发作的自身免疫性疱病，治疗具有一定的困难，治疗方法包括局部治疗、系统治疗、物理治疗和手术治疗。系统治疗包括口服传统的免疫抑制、维A酸类药物、抗生素、糖皮质激素等；物理治疗技术如光疗、手术、光动力、激光、射频等；也有探索应用生物制剂如度普利尤单抗和口服小分子药包括JAK抑制剂和PDE-4抑制剂等取得较好疗效的报道。本文就治疗方法进行了综述。

Abstract: Hailey-Hailey disease is an autoimmune bullous disease that is prone to recurrence. Treatment is somewhat difficult and treatment methods include topical therapy, systemic treatment, physical therapy and surgical treatment. Systemic therapy includes oral traditional immunosuppressive drugs, retinoids, antibiotics, glucocorticoid, etc. Physical therapy techniques such as light therapy, surgical therapy, photodynamic therapy, laser, radiofrequency surgery, etc. The use of biologic therapy such as dupilumab and small molecule drugs such as JAK inhibitors and the PDE-4 inhibitors had also been reported which has achieved good efficacy. This paper reviews the treatment methods.
