Mycobacterium haemophilum infection secondary to fish bone injury: a case report

摘要： 嗜血分枝杆菌感染通常发生在免疫功能低下的人群，发生在免疫正常者罕见。本文报道一例健康成年男性被鱼刺扎伤后手指出现肿胀，通过皮肤组织定量聚合酶链反应(qPCR)测序技术诊断为嗜血分枝杆菌感染。予以利福喷丁、盐酸米诺环素胶囊、克拉霉素治疗4个月皮损消退。

Abstract: ］Mycobacterium haemophilum infection usually occurs in individuals with compromised immune systems, and are rare in those with normal immune function. We report a case of swelling of the finger of a healthy adult male after being stabbed by a fishbone. He was diagnosed with Mycobacterium haemophilum infection by quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) sequencing of skin tissue at our hospital. After 4 months of treatment with rifapentine, minocycline hydrochloride capsules, and clarithromycin, the skin lesions subsided.
