非布司他致绿色色汗症一例

摘要： 色汗症是一种以有色汗液为特征的皮肤病。本文报道一例痛风患者服用非布司他后发生绿色色汗症一例。患者，男，36岁，皮肤流绿色汗1个月。泪液、唾液等分泌物未见异常颜色。患者因痛风1个月前开始服用非布司他，停用非布司他2周后症状消失。

Abstract: Chromhidrosis is an rare skin disease characterized by colored sweat. We report a case of chromhidrosis with green sweat in a gout patient after taking febuxostat. A 36-year-old man presented with green sweat for 1 month, but the tears and saliva color was normal. The clinical diagnosis was green hyperhidrosis. The patient took febuxostat for gout one month ago, and the symptoms disappeared 2 weeks after febuxostat was discontinued.
