采耳引起耳部Trichomonascus ciferrii感染一例

摘要： 患者，女, 29岁。左耳红斑、鳞屑，伴痒1个月。发病前1个月曾于采耳店进行采耳。刮取皮屑和分泌物，通过真菌镜检、培养鉴定、质谱鉴定、基因测序鉴定为Trichomonascus ciferrii感染。给予益康唑癣药水治疗,恢复情况良好。

Abstract: A 29-year-old female presented with red rashes and scales with itching on the left ear for one month. We scraped skin scales and secretions for fungal microscopic examination, culture identification, mass spectrometry identification, and gene sequencing identification, and confirmed the infection of Trichomonascus ciferrii. Treatment with econazole nitrate solution was effective.
