托法替布成功治疗光线性痒疹一例

摘要： 患者，女，36岁，面、颈、耳后红斑、丘疹伴瘙痒反复发作4年。紫外线敏感性试验UVA-MED 4.1 J/cm2，UVB-MED 48.6 mJ/cm2。血IgE 1082 kU/L。诊断为光线性痒疹。给予口服托法替布5 mg每日2次，2天后瘙痒开始减轻，1周后皮损开始改善，2周后，面部、颈部、耳后皮损全部消退。无不良反应。随访1年无复发。

Abstract: A 36-year-old female patient presented with recurrent erythema and papules on the face, neck, and retroauricular area accompanied with pruritis for 4 years. The ultraviolet light sensitivity test showed a UVA-MED value of 4.1 J/cm2, UVB-MED value of 48.6 mJ/cm2. Her serum IgE level was 1082 kU/L. The diagnosis of actinic prurigo was made. She was treated with oral tofacitinib 5 mg twice daily. Pruritus began to alleviate within 2 days, skin lesions started to improve after 1 week, and complete resolution of all lesions occurred within 2 weeks. No adverse reactions were reported, and no recurrence was observed during the 1-year follow-up period.
