摘要： 目的：分析2025年北京友谊医院麻风患者临床资料，以提高临床医师和公众对麻风的警觉性。方法：通过电子病历系统收集2025年收治的麻风患者临床资料，分析患者病史、临床表现、治疗。结果：2025年我院共收治6例麻风患者，其中4例多菌型、2例少菌型，病程0.5～22年不等，5例曾被误诊。结论：麻风在可预见的未来不会消失，全面消除麻风危害任重道远。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the clinical data of patients with leprosy admitted to Beijing Friendship Hospital in 2025, raising public and medical personal awarness for leprosy. Methods: Clinical data of patients with leprosy admitted in 2025 were collected via the electronic medical record system. The medical history, clinical manifestations and treatment of the patients were analyzed. Result: A total of 6 patients with leprosy were admitted to our hospital in 2025, including 4 multibacillary cases and 2 paucibacillary cases. The disease duration ranged from 0.5 to 22 years, and 5 patients had previously been misdiagnosed. Conclusion: Leprosy will not dispear in the near future, and comprehensive elimination of leprosy harm has a long way to go.
