摘要: 空气污染物主要包括颗粒物、多环芳烃及气态污染物,主要通过诱导氧化应激、激活炎症信号通路、介导芳烃受体毒性应答、破坏皮肤屏障等多条途径协同作用。防护策略包括抗氧化、抗炎信号调控、细胞器保护、屏障修复及皮肤微生态调节等。本文综述了空气污染致皮肤损伤的分子机制及相关防护策略的研究进展,以期为后续研究与临床防护提供参考。

Abstract: Air pollutants primarily include particulate matter, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and gaseous pollutants. They act synergistically mainly through multiple pathways, including inducing oxidative stress, activating inflammatory signaling pathways, mediating aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR)-dependent toxic responses, and disrupting the skin barrier. Protective strategies include antioxidant and anti-inflammatory signaling regulation, organelle protection, barrier repair, and modulation of the skin microecology. We review the research progress on the molecular mechanisms of air pollution-induced skin damage and related protective strategies, aiming to provide a reference for future research and clinical protection.
