援鄂抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎医护人员的皮肤损伤和皮肤病调查

Investigation of the prevalence of skin damages and skin diseases of the medical staff assisted Hubei Province in the fight against the COVID-19 epidemic

摘要: 目的:对援鄂抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎医护人员的皮肤损伤和皮肤病发生情况进行调查分析。方法:利用问卷网制作调查问卷,通过微信群发放二维码在线填写。内容包括受访者的基本情况、皮肤症状和皮肤病发生情况。结果:共155名医护人员完成调查,其中医生52名(33.55%),护士103名(66.45%);男64名(41.29%),女91名(58.71%),平均年龄35.32岁。援鄂期间每天洗手大于10次的140名(90.32%)。最常见的皮肤症状为压痕(88.39%)、皮肤干燥(63.23%)、多汗(50.97%)。压痕和压疮最常见的部位是鼻梁(83.94%)。最常见的皮肤病为湿疹(24.52%)、痤疮(21.94%)和毛囊炎(21.29%)。结论:援鄂医护人员皮肤损伤和皮肤病发生率高,需要进行干预。

Abstract: Objective: To investgate the prevalence of skin damages and skin diseases of the medical staff to support Hubei Province in fighting against the COVID-19 epidemic. Methods: Questionnaire including personal profile and the information of the symptoms and skin diseases was distributed on the web (www.wenjuan.com). Then the QR code of the survey was sent to the WeChat group to fill in online. Results: A total of 155 medical staff completed the survey, including 52 doctors (33.55%) and 103 nurses (66.45%).There were 64 males (41.29%) and 91 females (58.71%), with an average age of 35.32 years old. One hundred and forty (140) medical staff (90.32%) washed their hands more than 10 times a day during the period in Hubei. The most common skin symptoms were indentation (88.39%), skin dry (63.23%) and hyperhidrosis (50.97%). The most common site of indentation and pressure sore was the nasal bridge (83.94%). The most common skin diseases were eczema (24.52%), acne (21.94%) and folliculitis (21.29%). Conclusion: The skin damages and skin diseases among medical staff to support Hubei Province are common. Timely intervention is needed.
