摘要: 小分子靶向药物作为新型药物,正处于治疗皮肤病临床试验研究前沿,包括Janus激酶(JAK)抑制剂,磷酸二酯酶(PDE)抑制剂和蛋白激酶C(PKC)抑制剂等。为进一步提高疗效,减少不良反应和治疗成本,阻断特异性细胞因子作用的小分子靶向药物逐步用于治疗部分难治性皮肤病。本文就小分子靶向药物在皮肤病领域中的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: As a new type of drug, small molecule targeted drugs, such as Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors, phosphodiesterase inhibitors (PDE) inhibitors, and protein kinase C (PKC) inhibitors, are at the stage of clinical trials for the treatment of skin diseases. In order to further improve the efficacy, reduce adverse reactions and treatment costs, small molecular targeted drugs which block the specific cytokines have applied in many refractory skin diseases. The update of small molecular targeted drugs in the treatment for dermatosis is reviewed in this article.
