摘要： 富血小板血浆（platelet-rich plasma，PRP）富含多种生长因子与细胞因子，可通过促进黑素细胞增殖、迁移，抑制局部免疫炎症反应，改善细胞黏附功能及皮肤微环境，进而促进皮损色素复色，在白癜风临床治疗中具备良好的应用价值与发展潜力。本文总结PRP治疗白癜风的生物学基础、临床研究、可能作用机制及局限性，为PRP在白癜风中的进一步研究与临床应用提供参考。

Abstract: Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is rich in a variety of growth factors and cytokines. It can promote the proliferation and migration of melanocytes, inhibit local immune-inflammatory responses, improve cell adhesion and skin microenvironment, and thus facilitate repigmentation of lesions, showing promising application potential in the treatment of vitiligo. This review summarizes the biological basis, clinical research, potential mechanisms, and limitations of PRP in vitiligo treatment, to provide a reference for further research and clinical application of PRP in vitiligo.
