5例重症药疹并发症的处理—附文献复习

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 报道5例重症药疹并发症的临床特点和处理方法,并对国内外重症药疹的主要文献进行总结和复习。5例患者中3例合并感染，1例累及消化道，1例并发血液系统损害，1例并发心、脑、肾、肺多器官损害。5例患者均早期、足量予以大剂量糖皮质激素治疗，3例患者合用丙种球蛋白（IVIG），同时加强支持对症治疗；对于器官受累者通过与内外科协作处理，取得了较好的疗效。

Abstract: The clinical manifestation and treatment of 5 cases with complications of severe cutaneous adverse drug eruption (SDE) were reported and relevant literature was reviewed. Out of 5 patients, 3 were complicated by secondary infection, one by impairment of digestive tract, one by hematological system, multi-organ function failure such as heart, brain, kidney and lung. All patients were given sufficient corticosteroids as soon as possible. Three patients were given additional intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG). Meticulous nursing care and supportive therapies were given with other disciplines. The outcome of the treatment was good.
