血清IL-26、HMGB1与带状疱疹相关性疼痛研究

Correlation between serum IL-26,HMGB1 levels and herpes zoster-associated pain.

摘要: 目的:探讨血清IL-26和高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1) 与急性带状疱疹疼痛(AHP)和后遗神经痛(PHN)之间的关系。方法: ELISA方法检测带状疱疹患者57例(AHP 40例, PHN17例)和健康对照组30例血清中IL-26、HMGB1的水平。结果:AHP组和PHN组IL-26平均水平分别为15.97±2.48 pg/mL,13.90±3.86 pg/mL高于对照组的8.00±0.38 pg/mL,差异有统计学意义;PHN组HMGB1平均水平为7.91±9.29 ng/mL明显高于AHP组3.80±6.30 ng/mL和健康对照组4.03±5.45 ng/mL(P<0.05)。AHP 组中疼痛VAS评分与血清IL-26浓度有相关性 (r=-0.435,P<0.05),与HMGB1无相关性(r=0.109,P>0.05)。PHN组中疼痛VAS评分与IL-26和HMGB1水平均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:IL-26可能与AHP的发病机制有关。

Abstract: Objective: To determine the correlation between serumIL-26, high mobility group box-1 protein (HMGB1) and acute herpes zoster pain (AHP) or posterior neuralgia (PHN). Methods: The expression levels of IL-26 and HMGB1 were detected by ELISA in 57 patients with herpes zoster (40 cases of AHP, 17 cases of PHN) and 30 healthy controls. Results: The average levels of IL-26 in the AHP group and PHN group were 15.97±2.48 pg/mL and 13.90±3.86 pg/mL, which were higher than that in control group (8.00±0.38 pg/mL), with a significant difference (P<0.05). The average level of HMGB1 in PHN group was 7.91±9.29 ng/mL, which was higher than those in AHP group (3.80±6.30 ng/mL) and control group (4.03±5.45 ng/mL), with significant differences (P<0.05). In AHP group, there was a correlation between VAS score and the level of serum IL-26 (r=-0.435,P<0.05). In the PHN group, there was no correlation between VAS score and the level of serum IL-26 or HMGB1. Conclusion: IL-26 may be involved in the pathogenesis of AHP.
