摘要： 皮肤中神经酰胺主要位于表皮，是表皮中的主要脂质，具有保湿、信号转导、免疫调节等功能。其含量的变化可能导致皮肤屏障功能受损，甚至一些皮肤疾病的发生，如特应性皮炎、银屑病等。本文对皮肤中神经酰胺的主要作用进行综述。

Abstract: Ceramide is mainly located in the epidermis, which is the main lipid of the skin. Ceramide plays an important role in the moisturizing, signal transduction, immune regulation and other functions. The change of ceramide content may result in the impairment of the skin barrier and relevant skin diseases, such as atopic dermatitis and psoriasis, etc. The role of ceramide in human skin is reviewed in this article.
