摘要/Abstract

摘要： 对8例经组织病理确诊为透明细胞汗腺瘤的患者的临床表现、组织病理学特点、治疗和预后进行回顾性分析。8例透明细胞汗腺瘤中男3例，女5例。病变主要位于头面部，形态为圆形或椭圆形的结节，呈皮色、淡红色等，无明显自觉症状。组织病理检查显示瘤体主要由两种细胞构成：大的透明细胞和嗜碱性多角形小细胞。免疫组化染色肿瘤细胞主要表达上皮源性标记。 8例患者均给予手术切除。

Abstract: he clinical manifestations, histopathological and immunohistochemical features, treatment and prognosis were retrospectively reviewed in 8 patients with clear cell hidradenoma. Of eight patients, there were 3 males and 5 females. The lesions were mainly on head and face. The common lesions were skin-colored or light red nodules, with no obvious subjective symptoms in all cases. Biopsy revealed that the tumor was composed of two types of cells: larger clear cells and smaller basophilic polyhedral cells. Immunohistochemical staining revealed that the tumor cells were positive for epithelial markers. The lesions were removed in all patients.
