摘要： 成纤维细胞结缔组织痣临床少见，好发于儿童躯干部，本文报道一例6岁女孩头皮先天性成纤维细胞结缔组织痣伴脱发，经组织病理学确诊。 本病多为良性病变，治疗以手术切除为主。

Abstract: Fibroblastic connective tissue nevus (FCTN) is rare and usually occurs on the trunk of children. We report a 6-year-old girl with congenital FCTN on the scalp and alopecia, which was diagnosed by histopathology. Most of the lesions are benign, and surgical resection is the main treatment.
