摘要： 先天性环状收缩带综合征是一种少见的先天性畸形,通常发生于手、足、手臂、腿和颌面部等部位，可引起并趾、畸形足、兔唇和腭裂等畸形，甚至可导致先天性截肢；而经检索尚无发生于阴茎的先天性环状收缩带综合征报道。现报道一例63岁男性患者因阴茎接触性皮炎就诊，随后检查发现其患有阴茎先天性环状收缩带综合征并发梅毒。

Abstract: Congenital annular constriction band is a rare congenital malformation, which commonly occurs on hands, feet, arms, legs and maxillofacial region and may cause syndactyly, clubfeet, cleft lip and palate, and congenital amputations. But it was rarely reported in penis. We reported a 63-year-old male who claimed to suffer from contact dermatitis of penis. Then he was diagnosed with penile congenital annular constricting bands complicated with syphilis.
