皮肤浆细胞增多症三例并文献复习

Cutaneous plasmacytosis: three cases report and literature review

摘要： 皮肤浆细胞增多症是一种少见的皮肤疾病，其特征是多发红棕色结节伴多克隆浆细胞增生。本文报道3例皮肤浆细胞增多症患者，其中2例患者为发生于下肢的浸润性暗红色斑块，1例患者表现为头皮上的红色斑块，临床罕见。2例患者γ-球蛋白升高，1例患者IL-6升高，3例患者尿蛋白电泳均异常。组织病理示真皮内较多浆细胞浸润，免疫组化均有Kappa、Lambda阳性，3例患者给予甲氨蝶呤治疗后好转。

Abstract: Cutaneous plasmacytosis (CP) is a rare skin disorder characterized by multiple reddish brown nodules with polyclonal plasma cell proliferation. We report three patients with cutaneous plasmacytosis. Two patients had infiltrating dark red plaques on the lower limbs, one patient presented with red patches on the scalp which was clinically rare. γ-globulin level elevated in two patients, IL-6 level elevated in one patient, three patients had abnormal urine protein electrophoresis. Histopathology showed that there were many plasma cells infiltrating in the dermis, and Kappa and Lambda were positive in immunohistochemistry. All three patients were treated with methotrexate and improved.
