感染性肉芽肿四例及皮肤镜表现分析

摘要： 本文报道4例肢端受外伤引起的慢性炎症性肉芽肿患者。皮损为浸润性斑块、结节，部分有散在脓疱。皮肤镜下可见靶样角栓、白色瘢痕样结构、不规则血管结构及鳞屑。诊断为感染性肉芽肿。

Abstract: We report four cases of chronic inflammatory granuloma caused by acro-trauma. The skin lesions were infiltrative plaques and nodules, and some had scattered pustules. The target-like angular plugs, white scar-like structures, irregular vascular structures and scales were seen under dermoscopy. The diagnosis of infectious granuloma was made.
