光动力疗法在光化性唇炎治疗中的应用

摘要： 光动力疗法(PDT)已被广泛应用于光化性角化病(AK)的治疗，在口腔领域特别是光化性唇炎(AC)的治疗中也颇具前景。根据光敏剂不同，PDT分为氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法和甲基氨基乙酰丙酸光动力疗法；根据治疗方案不同，分为使用LED光照的传统光动力疗法、日光光动力疗法和改进敷药方法的5-氨基乙酰丙酸贴片光动力疗法。本文就不同PDT治疗方案在AC治疗中的有效性和安全性进行综述。

Abstract: Photodynamic therapy (PDT) has been widely used in the treatment of actinic keratosis (AK). The application of PDT in the treatment of oral diseases, especially actinic cheilitis (AC) has been used. Based on different photosensitizers being used, PDT can be divided into aminolevulinic acid-based photodynamic therapy and methylaminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy . According to different regimen，PDT can be divided into traditional photodynamic therapyutilizied with LED light, daylight photodynamic therapy and 5-aminolevulinic acid patch photodynamic therapy with improved dressing method. The efficacy and safety of different PDT regimens in the treatment of AC was reviewed in this paper.
