树枝划伤后海分枝杆菌感染一例

摘要： 患者，男，50岁。树枝划伤后左上臂出现红褐色斑块、结节5年。多次被误诊致迁延不愈，后通过病理和MetaCAP病原微生物核酸高通量测序确诊为海分枝杆菌感染。给予口服克拉霉素、利福平和乙胺丁醇治疗4个月皮损明显好转。

Abstract: A 50-year-old male presented with red-brown plaques and nodules on the left upper arm for 5 years after being scratched by a tree branch. The disease has been misdiagnosed many times and has been prolonged. The patient was diagnosed as Mycobacterium marinum infection through pathology and high flow sequencing of MetaCAP pathogenic microbial nucleic acid. After 4 months of treatment with clarithromycin, rifampicin and ethambutol, the lesions were significantly improved.
