摘要： 原发性皮肤筛状肿瘤(primary cutaneous cribriform tumor,PCCT)是一种罕见的皮肤惰性肿瘤，本文报道1例52岁男性患者，左股部红色皮下肿物2年，经术后病理确诊为PCCT。本文旨在提高临床医师对本病的认识及诊疗水平。

Abstract: Primary cutaneous cribriform tumor (PCCT) is a rare indolent skin tumor with uncertain malignant potential. This paper reports a 52-year-old male patient presenting with a red subcutaneous mass on the left thigh for 2 years, who was definitively diagnosed as primary cribriform cutaneous tumor by postoperative pathological examination, aiming to improve clinicians' understanding and diagnostic and therapeutic proficiency of this disease.
