Abstract: Vitiligo is a common chronic autoimmune depigmentary skin disorder in clinical practice. Phototherapy, as an established firstline treatment, has demonstrated proven efficacy, however, monotherapy has limitations, including slow onset of repigmentation, significant variability in treatment response across different anatomical sites, and difficulty in achieving repigmentation in acral areas. In recent years, phototherapy-based combination strategies have emerged as an important approach to enhance therapeutic outcomes. We systematically review the research progress of phototherapy combined with small-molecule agents (JAK inhibitors, PDE4 inhibitors), antioxidants, physical therapies (fractional laser, microneedling), and surgical transplantation techniques.
