摘要： CircRNAs被证实在外泌体中富集并稳定表达，其参与银屑病发病机制中细胞间选择性地包装、分泌和转移，调节银屑病的许多特征，如细胞增殖、血管生成、免疫反应。本文综述了外泌体circRNAs在银屑病发病机制中的相关研究进展。

Abstract: CircRNAs have been confirmed to be enriched and stably expressed in exosomes, and are involved in the cells selective packaging, secretion, and metastasis in the pathogenesis of psoriasis, regulating many features of psoriasis, such as cell proliferation, angiogenesis, and immune response. Herein,we sumarize the related research progress of exosomal circRNAs in psoriasis in this paper.
