摘要： 皮肤血管炎是系统性红斑狼疮(SLE）的常见病变，表现为网状青斑的病例较少见。本文报道一例以网状青斑为首发临床表现的系统性红斑狼疮患者，该患者4年前下肢出现网状青斑，未予重视，导致病情延误。

Abstract: Cutaneous vasculitis is a common lesion of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and livedo reticularis is rare. We report a case of systemic lupus erythematosus with livedo reticularis as the first clinical manifestation. Livedo reticularis occurred in the lower limbs of the patient 4 years ago which was not paid attention to, leading to the delay of the disease.
