银屑病早发型与晚发型临床差异的横断面调查

摘要: :骆志成,Email: luozhc@lzu.edu.cn [摘要] 目的:调查早发型银屑病(发病年龄< 40岁)与晚发型银屑病(发病年龄≥40岁)之间的临床差异。方法:对患者实行调查问卷研究,内容包括性别、年龄、发病年龄、身高、体重、家族史、既往史、加重因素、甲损害、舌改变、瘙痒情况、合并症等。结果:共纳入了352名银屑病患者,其中早发型279例,晚发型73例。5.73%早发型和15.07%晚发型患者中出现掌跖损害,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.170,P=0.007)。9.32%早发型和23.29%晚发型患者中出现合并症,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.528,P=0.001)。73.13%早发型患者和44.83%晚发型患者在冬季复发加重,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=12.207,P<0.01)。两组皮损PASI评分、SF-36量表总分、皮肤病生活质量评分(DLQI)方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:早发型银屑病和晚发型银屑病存在临床差异。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the differences of clinical characteristics between early-onset psoriasis (age<40 years) and late-onset psoriasis (age≥40 years). Methods: All the patients with early and late-onset of psoriasis recruited in the study were asked to complete a questionnaires including gender, age, onset age, height, weight, family history, previous history, aggravating factors, nail damage, tongue changes, pruritus, complications. Results: The study included 352 psoriasis (279 early-onset and 73 late-onset). 5.73% early-onset patients and 15.07% late-onset patients had palmoplantar lesions, with a significant difference (χ2=7.170,P=0.007). 9.32% early-onset patients and 23.29% late-onset patients had complications, with a significant difference (χ2=10.528,P=0.001). 73.13% early-onset patients and 44.83% late-onset patients relapsed in the wintert with a significant difference (χ2=12.207,P<0.01). There were no significant differences in PASI score, SF-36 score and DLQI score (Ps>0.05) between the two groups. Conclusion: There are different clinical characteristics between early-onset psoriasis and late-onset psoriasis.
