Necrobiotic xanthogranuloma without paraproteinemia: a case report and literatures review

Abstract: A patient with necrobiotic xanthogranuloma without paraproteinemia is reported and related literatures is reviewed. A 56-year-old woman presented with yellow papules on both upper eyelids for 10 years, generalized and aggravated for one year. No paraproteinemia was detected. Skin biopsy showed necrobiotic xanthogranuloma changes in dermis.
