Abstract: The data of 85 patients with juvenile xanthogranuloma (JXG), including 54 males and 31 females, were retrospectively analyzed. The median age of onset of 85 patients was 395 days. Of 85 patients, 60 (71%) with single lesion and 25 (29%) with multiple lesions. The most common color of lesions was yellow in 44 (52%). There were 108 lesions in 85 patients, including 31.5% (34/108) lesions on the head and face, 34.2% (37/108) lesions on the trunk and 28.7% (31/108) lesions on the limbs. Touton giant cells, foam cell-based infiltration and eosinophils were more easily seen in yellow and red lesions. No systemic involvement was found in 85 cases of JXG.
