Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the quality of life and sleep quality in the patients with primary cutaneous amyloidosis (PCA). Methods: The questionnaire survey was conducted in the patients with PCA and healthy controls. The quality of life and sleep quality were assessed through Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) Chinese version and Pittsburg Sleeping Quality Index (PSQI) respectively. The higher the score of DLQI and PSQI, the lower the quality of life and sleep quality. Results: A total of 52 patients with PCA were collected. The DLQI score of the patients ranged from 0 to 26, with an average of (6.14±3.88). The PSQI score of the patients ranged from 1 to 13, with an average of (5.69±3.10), which was higher than that of controls (4.39±2.88), with a significant difference (P=0.016). Conclusion: PCA can influence the quality of life and sleep quality.
