Abstract: The clinical and histopathological data of the patients suspected as actinic keratosis (AK) and Bowen's disease in our hospital from Jan 1st, 2014 to Dec 31, 2018 was analyzed retrospectively. Ninety-three and 62 patients were pathologically diagnosed as AK and Bowen's disease. The coincidence of clinical diagnosis and histopathological diagnosis was 54% (50 patients with AK) and 50% (29 patients with Bowen's disease). AK and Bowen's disease were commonly misdiagnosed as seborrheic keratosis (21 cases) and basal cell carcinoma (11 cases). The lesion of AK was most located on the head and face (94%), while the lesion of Bowen's disease was most located on the trunk (52%).
