Swimming pool granuloma with positive T-SPOT: 3 cases report

Abstract: Three cases of swimming pool granuloma are reported. All patients had a history of fishbone injury, and the lesions were characterized by dark red nodules and linear plaques. Histopathology showed infectious granuloma. T-SPOT tests were positive. The patients were treated with rifampicin and clarithromycin with significant improvement.
