Abstract: A 60-year-old male presented with erythematous, flat-topped, polygonal lesions on the extremities for more than 2 months. The biopsy features was in accordance with the diagnosis of lichen planus. After the patient was treated with topical mometasone furoate cream and snake fat cream, the lesions subsided gradually. The lesions occurred after 20 days of cardiac stenting and the material of stent was titanium. We suspect that the lichen planus is related to the stent.
