Squamous cell carcinoma secondary to lichen planus on the heel: a case report

Abstract: Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC) is a malignant tumor originating from keratinocytes of epidermis or appendage, which usually develops from precancerous disorders, but squamous cell carcinoma secondary to lichen planus is uncommon. Here we reported a case of squamous cell carcinoma secondary to lichen planus on the heel.
