Squamous cell carcinoma with giant horn on face: a case report

Abstract: A 85-year-old female presented with angular brown mass on the left face for more than 2 years. Biopsy showed that the cells proliferated in the basal part of the area. Immunohistochemistry revealed positive for P63 and the Ki-67 index was 30%. The diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma with giant horn was made. The patient was treated with surgical excision under general anesthesia and followed up for 3 months without recurrence.
