Correlation between systemic lupus erythematosus and tuberculosis

Abstract: Recent studies showed that the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) have a high risk of suffering from tuberculosis (TB). The mechanism of drug therapy and complication of SLE play an important role on the occurrence and development of TB. The correlation between SLE and TB is reviewed in this paper.
