Infectious granuloma with TB-IGRA positive: a case report

Abstract: A 62-year-old man presented with erythema and tender nodule on his right hand for 5 months. His middle finger of right hand was stabbed by marine fish before the onset of lesions. Histopathology examination revealed infectious granuloma. The results of Tuberculosis Interferon Gamma Release Assay(TB-IGRA) was positive. The diagnosis of infectious granuloma was made. The patient was treated with compound rifampin and clarithromycin, and then the condition improved obviously.
