Abstract: A 19-year-old male presented with several papules in the scrotum for six months, and the number increased, the size enlarged gradually. Histopathological examination showed that the epidermis was generally normal, and several cysts of different sizes could be seen in the dermis, the cyst wall was composed of granular layer, spinous layer and basal layer from inside to outside, which was similar to the structure of epidermis, and the capsule was full of horny material. The diagnosis of multiple epidermal cysts of scrotum was made. The patient was suggested to go to the urology departmentto remove the lesions.
