Abstract: The nodular scleroderma (NS) is a type of scleroderma which has rarely been described in the literature. Clinically, majority of documented cases of NS are accompanied with systemic sclerosis (SSc) and had poorly clinical results. Herein, we described a patient who presented with localized nodules and plaque, and got a certain curative effect after half a year treatment.
