Abstract: One patient with subcorneal pustular dermatosis was reported and the related literature was reviewed. A 14-year-old girl presented with erythemas and pustules over the lower limbs, buttocks and groin for six years with aggravation for 15 days. Histopathology showed subcorneal pustular dermatosis and infiltration of neutrophil. Direct immunofluorescence (DIF) revealed negative deposition of IgG, IgA, IgM and C3 in the intercellular space of the epidermis and the basement membrane. The diagnosis of subcorneal pustular dermatosis was made. The lesions subsided gradually after 1 month of oral  minocycline and topical desonide cream. No recurrence was observed after maintenance therapy of two months and follow up of six months.
