Abstract: We report a case of palmoplantar pustulosis successfully treated with abrocitinib and review the related literature. The patient presented with repeated pustules, desquamation and pruritus on both hands and feet for 1 year. The patient had a poor response to eculizumab and was switched to abrocitinib 100 mg once daily. The skin lesions subsided after 3 months of treatment, and there was no recurrence during the follow-up of half a year.
