Livedoid vasculopathy with abrocitinib: a case report

Abstract: A 31-year-old female presented with erythema, papules and ulcers with pain on the lower extremities for 2 years, aggravated for 3 days. Clinically combined with histopathologic biopsy, she was diagnosed with livedoid vasculopathy and had failed with conventional therapy. The patient was given 100mg oral abrocitinib once a day. After 15 weeks, the erythema and papules subsided, atrophic scar and pigmentatiom reduced, the ulcers healed and the pain was controlled.
