Abstract: A 36-year-old female patient presented with recurrent erythema and papules on the face, neck, and retroauricular area accompanied with pruritis for 4 years. The ultraviolet light sensitivity test showed a UVA-MED value of 4.1 J/cm2, UVB-MED value of 48.6 mJ/cm2. Her serum IgE level was 1082 kU/L. The diagnosis of actinic prurigo was made. She was treated with oral tofacitinib 5 mg twice daily. Pruritus began to alleviate within 2 days, skin lesions started to improve after 1 week, and complete resolution of all lesions occurred within 2 weeks.
