Nail lichen planus successfully treated by tofacitinib: a case report

Abstract: There is no standard treatment scheme for lichen planus nail at present, and traditional treatment is limited due to severe pain and other side effects and poor efficacy. Tofacitinib is an oral, small-molecule JAK inhibitor that inhibits all JAKs, especially JAK1 and JAK3. We reported a case with lichen planus successfully treated by tofacitinib.
