Pustular vasculitis: a case report

Abstract: Pustular vasculitis can occur in rheumatoid factor-positive patients with rheumatoid arthritis, but this disease is rare. We report a case and review the literature. A 60-year-old female presented with multiple erythema, papules and blisters on extremities for more than 2 months. The patient was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis more than 2 years ago, and the rheumatoid factor was positive. The features of laboratory tests and histopathological examination were in accordance with pustular vasculitis. After treatment with glucocorticoid and immunosuppressants, the patient improved.
