The ultrasound suggested that the morphology of 41 lesions was oval with clear boundaries; the morphology of 7 lesions was irregular with blurred boundaries; 38 lesions were of the “target ring” type; 10 lesions were of the hypoechoic type. Pathology showed cystic cavities in the dermis, the cyst walls were composed of squamous epithelial cells, without a granular layer, homogeneous eosinophilic keratinous substances were seen in the cystic cavities, and focal calcification foci were seen in some cases.
