Tofacitinib in the treatment of acquired reactive perforating collagenosis: two cases report and literature review

Abstract: Traditional treatments for acquired reactive perforating collagenosis include antihistamines, topical retinoids, glucocorticoids, and narrow-band UVB phototherapy, but with unsatisfactory efficacy. In recent years, there have been reports of effective treatment of ARPC with JAK inhibitors. This article reports two cases of acquired reactive perforating collagenosis that responded well to tofacitinib, along with a literature review.
