Abstract: A 79-year-old male presented with a gradually enlarging tumor on the right upper abdominal wall for 6 months. Histopathological and immunohistochemical examinations of the right abdominal wall mass indicated clear cell renal cell carcinoma. Positron emission tomography-computed tomography (PET-CT) and renal arteriovenous angiography with reconstructed CT were performed to identify the primary malignant lesion in the left kidney and rule out metastatic lesions in other sites. Radical nephrectomy of the left kidney was conducted, and postoperative pathological examination confirmed left renal clear cell renal cell carcinoma, thereby establishing the definite diagnosis of cutaneous metastatic clear cell renal cell carcinoma. Given the low sensitivity of renal cell carcinoma to radiotherapy and chemotherapy, adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy were not administered postoperatively. No recurrence was observed during a 1-year follow-up period.
