Secondary cutaneous metastatic carcinoma from herpes zoster: a case of Wolf's isotopic response

Abstract: A 72-year-old male presented with papules, nodules, and plaques with pain for 3 months at the original skin lesion site of herpes zoster. Pathology supported the diagnosis of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, then the patient was transferred to the oncology department and treated with tegafur-gimeracil-oteracil potassium(TS-1) and triplizumab for two times, the nodules and plaques were significantly shrunked, and the pain was significantly relieved.
