Abstract: We report 2 cases of generalized pustular psoriasis(GPP) patients treated with spesolimab. Both patients had poor responses to conventional treatments, and were given a single dose of 900 mg of spesolimab after excluding infectious diseases. The temperature returned to normal on the second day after treatment, and all pustules subsided on the fifth day in one patient. The pustules gradually subsided on the fifth day and the temperature returned to normal on the ninth day in another patient. Neither patient experienced significant adverse reactions during the treatment period.
