Abstract: Clear cell chondrosarcoma is a slow-growing and low-grade malignant tumor, its cutaneous metastasis is rare. We report a middle-aged female patient with pruritic papules on the left buttock and multiple nodules on the body for more than five years. Histopathological examination and immunohistochemical staining of the papules and nodule all revealed clear cell chondrosarcoma consistent with metastasis. The PET-CT suggested multiple visceral metastases. The patient achieved striking improvement after eight courses of chemotherapy in combination with targeted agents, the patient was still followed up.
