Abstract: The clinical and histopathology data of 14 cases with eccrine spiradenoma in our hospital from 2015 to 2019 were analyzed retrospectively, and the relevant literature were reviewed. Fourteen patients were collected including 5 males and 9 females with the median age at onset of 40.5. The lesions were on the trunk in 10 patients. The manifestations of lesions were subcutaneous masses or nodules with skin color, red, blue and light brown, and most of them were accompanied by pain. All the patients were misdiagnosed at the first visit, 6 as epidermal cyst, 3 as pigmented nevus, 2 as dermatofibroma, 2 as subcutaneous nodules and one as leiomyoma. Histological sections showed the masses were surrounded by a delicate fibrous capsule with ductal differentiation, and two types of atypical cells with nuclear round hyperchromatic or large pale and vascular dilatation were seen. Immunohistochemistry showed CEA focal (+), EMA focal (+), S-100 (+), SMA (+).
